I was always fascinated by the lovely birthday cakes my parents baked and decorated for our birthdays. I did a birthday cake decorated with baby blue and white royal icing for my cousin and stopped baking for more than 30 years. In 2009, I started baking again then decorating and discovered the many wonders of sugar craft. It is an amazing experience creating FUN Cakez.
